1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Walima mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. Walima reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use Walima. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. Walima is intended for individuals sincerely seeking marriage.

3. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You may not create more than one account or transfer your account to another person.

You retain ownership of content you submit to the App (photos, bio, messages). By posting content, you grant Walima a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the App. Walima reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or community guidelines without notice.

6. Subscriptions and Purchases

Walima offers optional paid subscriptions (Gold, Diamond, Platinum) and consumable in-app purchases. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's account settings. Refunds are handled according to Apple's or Google's refund policies.

7. Verification

Walima offers optional photo verification to help build trust within the community. Verification indicates that a user's selfie matches their profile photos using facial recognition technology. Verification does not constitute an endorsement of a user's identity, character, or background. Users are responsible for their own safety when interacting with others.

8. Safety and Reporting

Walima provides tools for reporting and blocking users who violate these Terms. We investigate reports and may take action including warning, suspension, or permanent ban. However, Walima is not responsible for the conduct of any user on or off the App. Users are encouraged to exercise caution and meet in public places.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Walima does not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Walima does not conduct criminal background checks on its users and makes no representations about the character or trustworthiness of any user.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Walima shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Walima's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Walima in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the App's settings. Walima may suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Data deletion is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
